  • Where this Indenture provides for notice to Holders of any event, such notice shall be sufficiently given (unless otherwise herein expressly provided) if in writing and mailed, first-class, postage prepaid to each Holder affected by such event, at such Holder’s address as it appears on the System Restoration Bond Register, not later than the latest date, and not earlier than the earliest date, prescribed for the giving of such notice.

  • Unit Register means the register of the Partnership for the registration and transfer of Limited Partnership Interests as provided in Section 4.5.

  • PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA;

  • Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers The Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers, as published by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and effective with respect to fiscal periods ending on or after December 15, 1995.

  • Securities Register and "Securities Registrar" have the respective meanings specified in Section 5.4.

  • central securities depository or ‘CSD’ means a central securities depository as defined in point (1) of Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014.
