Table 2 Standards definition

Table 2 Standards means the standards established in Table 2 of the “Soil, Ground Water and Sediment Standards for Use under Part XV.1 of the Environmental Protection Act” published by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change dated April 15, 2011, as amended from time to time.

  • Minimum Standards means standards of practice that interpret the legal definition of nursing as well as provide criteria against which violations of the law can be determined.
