Table of Losses definition

Table of Losses means the table set out in Section 6.2 of this contract.
Table of Losses means the table set out in Section 3.1 of this policy.
Table of Losses means the table set out in Section 6.2 of this contract. “The Company” means American Home Assurance Company.

Examples of Table of Losses in a sentence

  • If more than one Loss is sustained as the result of an Accident, the amount payable shall be the largest amount of a sustained Loss shown in the Table of Losses.

  • ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT COMMON CARRIER Air Only The Company will reimburse You for this benefit for one of the Losses shown in the Table of Losses below if You are Injured while on a Trip while riding as a passenger in or boarding or alighting from or struck or run down by a certified passenger aircraft provided by a regularly scheduled airline or charter and operated by a properly certified pilot.

  • ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT The Company will reimburse You for this benefit for one of the Losses shown in the Table of Losses below if You are Injured while on a Trip other than while riding as a passenger in or boarding or alighting from or struck or run down by a certified passenger aircraft provided by a regularly scheduled airline or charter and operated by a properly certified pilot.

  • If more than one loss is sustained, as the result of an Accident, the amount payable shall be the largest amount of a sustained loss shown in the Table of Losses.

  • If more than one Loss is sustained, as the result of an Accident, the amount payable shall be the largest amount of a sustained Loss shown in the Table of Losses.

  • If more than one Loss is sustained as the result of an Accident, the amount payable shall be the largest amount shown in the Table of Losses.

  • The amount paid will be the percentage stated in the Table of Losses but not more than the Coverage Amount set forth in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENTThe Company will pay the percentage of the Principal Sum shown in the Table of Losses when You, as a result of an Accidental Injury occurring during the Covered Trip, sustain a loss shown in the Table below.

  • NON-FLIGHT ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENTThe Company will pay the Insured for this benefit for one of the Losses shown in the Table of Losses below if the Insured is Injured during the Trip OTHER THAN while riding as a passenger in or boarding or alighting from or being struck or run down by a certified passenger aircraft provided by a Common Carrier and operated by a properly certified pilot.

  • We will pay the percentage of the Principal Sum shown in the Table of Losses below when You, as a result of an Injury occurring during Your Trip sustain a loss shown in the Table of Losses below.

Related to Table of Losses

  • Electrical Losses means all transmission or transformation losses between the Facility and the Delivery Point.

  • Tax Losses has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.1(a).

  • Table of Product Details means the table attached to these Terms and Conditions which contains the definitions in relation to each series of Securities.

  • Funding Indemnity Letter means a funding indemnity letter, substantially in the form of Exhibit N.

  • Costs and Expenses means any actual, provable, reasonable, customary and direct out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by such Fund. Costs and Expenses shall not include, and in no event shall BNY Mellon be liable under this Agreement for, any lift-out expenses or platform development costs for the successor service provider or any wind-down costs of the Fund or any Fund Affiliate, including, without limitation, non-cancelable payments or termination charges regarding hosting and/or any other subcontracted services. The Fund must provide BNY Mellon with written evidence of the Costs and Expenses before BNY Mellon is obligated to pay them. The Fund also has a duty to mitigate, and must exercise its duty to mitigate, such Costs and Expenses.

  • Replacement Costs means the expenditures for obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances which are necessary during the useful life of the treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which such works were designed and constructed.

  • Cancellation Costs means costs and liabilities incurred in connection with: (a) cancellation of supplier and contractor written orders and agreements entered into to design, construct and install Attachment Facilities, Direct Assignment Facilities and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, and/or (b) completion of some or all of the required Attachment Facilities, Direct Assignment Facilities and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, or specific unfinished portions and/or removal of any or all of such facilities which have been installed, to the extent required for the Transmission Provider and/or Transmission Owner(s) to perform their respective obligations under Tariff, Part IV and/or Part VI.

  • Table 2 means Table 2 of the Reporting ITS.

  • Line section means either that portion of an EDU's electric system connected to a customer bounded by automatic sectionalizing devices, the end of the distribution line, or a line segment identified as appropriate for study by a utility engineer.

  • Indemnified Losses is defined in Section 5.03 of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Adverse Consequences means all actions, suits, proceedings, hearings, investigations, charges, complaints, claims, demands, injunctions, judgments, orders, decrees, rulings, damages, dues, penalties, fines, costs, amounts paid in settlement, Liabilities, obligations, Taxes, liens, losses, expenses, and fees, including court costs and attorneys' fees and expenses.
