Cancellation Costs definition

Cancellation Costs means costs and liabilities incurred in connection with: (a) cancellation of supplier and contractor written orders and agreements entered into to design, construct and install Attachment Facilities, Direct Assignment Facilities and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, and/or (b) completion of some or all of the required Attachment Facilities, Direct Assignment Facilities and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, or specific unfinished portions and/or removal of any or all of such facilities which have been installed, to the extent required for the Transmission Provider and/or Transmission Owner(s) to perform their respective obligations under Tariff, Part IV and/or Part VI.
Cancellation Costs means costs and liabilities incurred in connection with: (a) cancellation of supplier and contractor written orders and agreements entered into to design, construct and install Attachment Facilities, Direct Assignment Facilities and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, and/or (b) completion of some or all of the required Attachment Facilities, Direct Assignment Facilities and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, or specific unfinished portions and/or removal of any or all of such facilities which have been installed, to the extent required for the Transmission Provider and/or Transmission Owner(s) to perform their respective obligations under Tariff, Part IV and/or Tariff, Part VI.
Cancellation Costs means the aggregate of all actual costs and expenses incurred by the Company related to the work and all costs incurred by the Company in connection with the termination thereof including, but not limited to:

  • Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider shall use due diligence to minimize Cancellation Costs in the event of a suspension of work.

  • The obligations of the Construction Parties hereunder with respect to payments, Cancellation Costs, warranties, liability and indemnification shall survive termination to the extent necessary to provide for the determination and enforcement of said obligations arising from acts or events that occurred while the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement was in effect.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall pay the Transmission Provider each bill for Cancellation Costs within thirty (30) days after, as applicable, the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s or Transmission Provider’s presentation to the Interconnection Customer of written demand therefor, provided that such demand includes reasonable documentation of the Cancellation Costs that the invoicing party seeks to collect.

  • Subject to its payment of Cancellation Costs as explained in Section 14.3 below, the Interconnection Customer may be relieved of its obligations hereunder upon sixty (60) days written notice to Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner.

Cancellation Costs means costs and liabilities incurred in connection with: (a) cancellation of supplier and contractor written orders and agreements entered into to design, construct and install Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, and/or (b) completion of some or all of the required Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, or specific unfinished portions and/or removal of any or all of such facilities which have been installed, to the extent required for the Transmission Provider and/or Transmission Owner(s) to perform their respective obligations under the Tariff, Part VIII. Cancellation costs may include costs for Customer-Funded Upgrades assigned to Project Developer or Eligible Customer, in accordance with the Tariff and as reflected in this GIA, that remain the responsibility of Project Developer or Eligible Customer under the Tariff, even if such New Service Request is terminated or withdrawn.
Cancellation Costs means the actual and demonstrable third party costs incurred by cancellation or termination of any third party contracts, including contracts with service providers, equipment vendors, financing prepayment and penalty costs, and similar costs.
Cancellation Costs means £500 in respect of the unrecoverable costs related to catering and event planning that we incur in connection with a cancelled Booking.
