Tail Circuit definition

Tail Circuit means the telecommunications circuit which links the Client’s Site(s) to the Core Network.
Tail Circuit means (in respect of the IRS Tail Circuit Service) a connection for the carriage of digital communications between one or more End User sites and the Requesting Licensee’s Co- Located Equipment at the SingTel Exchange Building nearest to and serving the relevant End User site;
Tail Circuit means a telecommunications circuit or other capacity and attached modems leased from a TO connecting Locations to the Network.

  • The CE-to-CE RTD sample will be included in the calculation of the Location pair’s Monthly average CE-to-CE RTD if: (a) the nominal leased line Tail Circuit or DSL Tail Circuit route is used, and (b) the sample CE-to-CE RTD’s link load does not exceed: (i) 30%, in the case of Service Bandwidth less than or equal to 512 kbps, (ii) 70%, in the case of Service Bandwidth less than or equal to 10 Mbps; or (iii) 85%, in the case of Service Bandwidth greater than 10 Mbps.

  • The Requesting Licensee shall pay to SingTel the recurring license charge for each Tail Circuit provisioned.

  • The Requesting Licensee shall pay to SingTel a Change of Interface Standard Charge for each request for an IRS Tail Circuit Service to be provisioned with a new Interface Standard.
