Requesting Licensee definition

Requesting Licensee means a Person Licensed by the Authority who has expressed a desire to interconnect with another Licensee.

Requesting Licensee means an FBO or SBO which uses switching or routing equipment to provide telecommunication services to the public and which submits a written application to acquire IRS and/or Wholesale Services under this RIO Agreement;

Requesting Licensee or “RL” means an FBO or SBO or Broadcasting Licensee which submits a written application to acquire Mandated Services from OpenNet under this ICO Agreement;

Examples of Requesting Licensee in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Requesting Licensee shall not submit more than one (1) request for IRS per email.

• Where the Requesting Licensee fails to comply with the above requirement when submitting its request for IRS via email, the Requesting Licensee shall not be entitled to the applicable Service Level Guarantees in respect of that request.

• Each request for IRS submitted via email must include the format “<name of Requesting Licensee> <number and name of RIO Schedule >” in the subject line of the email.

• NLT will respond within (30) Calendar Days from the date of claim stating whether the claim by Requesting Licensee: is (a) valid for rebates; or (b) is an invalid claim.

• Where NLT assessed that the RL’s claim is invalid, NetLink Trust will explain its basis or require the Requesting Licensee to provide additional information.
