Taiwan Stock Exchange definition

Taiwan Stock Exchange and “TSE” shall mean the stock exchange in the Republic of China, upon which the Company’s Shares are listed for trading and any successor stock exchange thereto.
Taiwan Stock Exchange means the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation.
Taiwan Stock Exchange and “TWSE” shall mean the stock exchange in the Republic of China, upon which the Company’s Shares are listed for trading and any successor stock exchange thereto.
