Take over Certificate or “Completion certificate” means the certificate issued under relevant clause hereof.
Take over Certificate means the TPC’s written acceptance of the Work under the Contract, after notifying successful Operation/Execution of the Work by the Service Provider from which Defect Liability Period starts.
