TANF block grant definition

TANF block grant means the TANF block grant established by Title IV-A of the "Social Security Act" (05/2006).
TANF block grant means the temporary assistance for needy families block grant established by Title IV-A of the "Social Security Act," 42 U.S.C. 601 et seq.

  • Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Stock Award grant. Each Stock Award Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Company Restricted Share means each restricted share of Company Common Stock outstanding as of the Effective Time granted pursuant to any equity or compensation plan or arrangement of the Company.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.

  • Unrestricted Stock Award means an Award of shares of Stock free of any restrictions.

  • Unvested Company Option means any Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.

  • Federal grant means an award of financial assistance in the form of money, or property in lieu of money, by the Federal Government or a direct appropriation made by law to any per- son. The term does not include tech- nical assistance which provides serv- ices instead of money, or other assist- ance in the form of revenue sharing, loans, loan guarantees, loan insurance, interest subsidies, insurance, or direct United States cash assistance to an in- dividual.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Equity Award means stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock, restricted stock units, performance shares or any other form of award that is measured with reference to the Stock.
