Tank drawdown definition

Tank drawdown means any material or mixture of materials discharged from a product tank, feed tank, or intermediate tank for the purpose of removing water or other contaminants from the tank.

Related to Tank drawdown

  • Drawdown means a drawdown of an Advance;

  • Utilisation Date means the date of a Utilisation, being the date on which the relevant Loan is to be made.

  • Term Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Drawdown Date means, in relation to an Advance, the date requested by the Borrower for the Advance to be made, or (as the context requires) the date on which the Advance is actually made;

  • Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Utilisation means a utilisation of the Facility.

  • Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).

  • Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances outstanding.

  • Term Loan Facility means the Term Loan Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Term Loans.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Loan Facility means the Revolving Loan Facility, the Transaction Specific Loan Facility or the Transaction Specific Revolving Loan Facility established by Lender in favor of Borrower under the Loan Documents.
