Tape Date definition

Tape Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.11(b).
Tape Date means February 28, 1998.
Tape Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(b).

  • The Seller shall deliver the Estimate Statement with a data tape or tapes containing the Mortgage Loan, mortgage servicing rights and Advances information specified in Schedule 3.1(b) as of the Tape Date (the “Mortgage and Servicing Tapes”).

  • The Assumed Loan Portfolio Tape sets forth a true and complete list (as of the Loan Tape Date) of the Assumed Loans with respect to which Borrowers are receiving Seller Borrower Benefits described in Sections 3.7(a)(ii), 3.7(a)(iii) and 3.7(a)(iv) of the Seller Disclosure Letter.

Related to Tape Date

  • Retention Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement.

  • Retraction Date means the second last business day of a month.

  • Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.

  • Collection Date means the date on which the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Advances have been repaid in full and all Interest and fees and all other Obligations (other than contingent indemnification and reimbursement obligations which are unknown, unmatured and/or for which no claim giving rise thereto has been asserted) have been paid in full, and the Borrower shall have no further right to request any additional Advances.

  • Confirmation Date means the date upon which the Bankruptcy Court enters the Confirmation Order on the docket of the Chapter 11 Cases, within the meaning of Bankruptcy Rules 5003 and 9021.

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
