Target Number of Units definition

Target Number of Units means NUMBER OF AWARDS GRANTED Units
Target Number of Units is the number associated with that term in Section 1 of the Agreement.
Target Number of Units means the number of Units set forth above.

  • The Company hereby awards to the Participant the Target Number of Units set forth in the Grant Notice, which, depending on the extent to which a Performance Goal (as described by Plan) is attained during the Performance Period, may result in the Participant earning as little as zero (0) Units or as many as the Maximum Number of Units.

  • The number of Units that may actually be earned and become eligible to vest pursuant to this Award can be between 0% and 200% of the Target Number of Units.

  • The number of Units awarded pursuant to this Award Agreement (both the Target Number of Units and Maximum Number of Units) is subject to adjustment as provided in Article 11 of the Plan.

  • If your Service terminates by reason of your death prior to the Initial Vesting Date, then you will be entitled to have vest on the date your Service terminates a pro rata portion of the Target Number of Units specified on the cover page of this Agreement.

  • Your Target Number of Units indicated in this Award Agreement (the "Target Units") will vest depending upon performance during the Performance Period, as specified below.

  • The City shall provide the Department with at least ninety (90) Days of advance notice if the City receives notice or otherwise becomes aware that it cannot meet the production rates for the Target Number of Units set forth in the Accessible Housing Unit Plan approved by Department, including the annual production schedules.

  • The number of Units that may actually be earned and become eligible to vest pursuant to this Award can be between 0% and 200% of the Target Number of Units, but may not exceed the Maximum Number of Units specified on Appendix A to this Agreement.

Target Number of Units is the number associated with that term in Section 1 of the Agreement; and • “Number of Previously Earned Units” is the number of Units subject to the Award that had already been determined to be Earned Units during the Performance Period prior to the applicable Scheduled Vesting Date.
Target Number of Units means the number of Units that may be earned assuming the target level of performance is achieved, as set forth in the applicable Agreement evidencing the grant of Performance-Based Units.

  • Number of Options For each Component, as provided in Annex A to this Confirmation.6 Option Entitlement: One Share Per Option Strike Price: USD [_____] Cap Price: USD [_____]; provided that in no event shall the Cap Price be reduced to an amount less than the Strike Price in connection with any adjustment by the Calculation Agent under this Confirmation.

  • Number of Option Shares means shares of Stock, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 9.

  • Number of Shares means a number of shares calculated as follows: Par / Geared Put Strike LPU rounded down to the nearest round lot as permitted by the Exchange for trading purposes, and the remaining fractional share amount (being the “Residual Amount”) shall be paid in USD as the Cash Residual; and

  • Number of Warrants means, for a Warrant Certificate, the “Number of Warrants” specified on the face of such Warrant Certificate (or, in the case of a Global Warrant, on Schedule A to such Warrant Certificate), subject to adjustment pursuant to Article 5.

  • Target Value shall have the meaning stated in Section 7.2 of Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Target Award means the target award, at 100% of target level performance achievement, payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 3(b).

  • Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score is then calculated for each S&P Industry Classification, shown on Schedule 2, and is equal to the sum of the Equivalent Unit Scores for each issuer in such industry classification group.

  • M1 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 70.00% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Award Value means the value, in dollars, of an award made to a Participant and as stated in the applicable Award Agreement, which is provided under the Plan in the form of PSUs or RSUs, as the case may be.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.

  • M5 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 86.20% and (ii) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount.

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 81.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Pricing Level II shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.50 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00.

  • Programme Maximum Number of ETP Securities means 1,000,000,000.

  • Pricing Level V any time when (i) the senior unsecured long term debt rating of the Borrower by (x) S&P is BBB‑ or higher or (y) Xxxxx’x is Baa3 or higher and (ii) none of Pricing Level I, Pricing Level II, Pricing Level III or Pricing Level IV applies.

  • Maximum Number of Shares is defined in Section 2.1.4.

  • Pricing Level III shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.00 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 2.50 to 1.00.

  • Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.
