Target Performance Share Units definition

Target Performance Share Units means the initial number of Performance Share Units granted to the Grantee pursuant to this Agreement, with such number subject to adjustment or forfeiture in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Plan.

Examples of Target Performance Share Units in a sentence

  • The Earned Performance Share Units for the Grantee shall initially be determined by multiplying the number of Target Performance Share Units by the Earned Percentage determined by the Committee in accordance with Appendix A.

  • Pursuant to the Plan, the Company grants to the Grantee, effective as of the Grant Date, an Award of the number of Target Performance Share Units set forth on the signature page hereto, subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth herein and in the Plan.

Related to Target Performance Share Units

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Article 7.

  • Performance Share means an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine pursuant to Section 10.

  • PSUs means the outstanding performance share units governed by the performance share unit plan of the Company dated December 16, 2013, as amended from time to time;

  • Performance Cash Award means an award of cash granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(ii).

  • Share Unit means either an RSU or a PSU, as the context requires.

  • Performance Unit means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Performance Awards means Performance Units, Performance Shares or either or both of them.
