Target Restricted Stock Units definition

Target Restricted Stock Units means the Restricted Stock Units that vest if the Company TSR Percentile equals the Target TSR Percentile.
Target Restricted Stock Units means the initial number of Restricted Stock Units granted to Grantee pursuant to this Agreement, with such number subject to adjustment when calculating the Earned Restricted Stock Units as described in Section 3.
Target Restricted Stock Units means the number of hypothetical shares of Common Stock granted to the Grantee as set forth on the signature page hereof upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • The Company will pay in cash to Employee an amount equal to the Dividend Equivalent credited to Employee multiplied by the ratio of (a) the applicable Award Shares Employee is eligible to receive as determined pursuant to Attachment A and (b) the Target Restricted Stock Units, as promptly as may be practicable, but, in any event, no later than the 15th day of the third month following the end of the first taxable year in which the Determination Date occurs.

Related to Target Restricted Stock Units

  • Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.

  • Company Restricted Stock Unit means any restricted stock unit representing the right to receive Company Common Stock subject to vesting or other restrictions under any Company Stock Plan.

  • Bonus Stock Award means an award of Bonus Stock under this Plan.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
