Target Selection Period definition

Target Selection Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.2.1.

In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.

  • Post-Closing Period means any taxable period or portion thereof beginning after the Closing Date.
