Targeted Applicants definition

Targeted Applicants shall have the meaning set forth in Section IV below.
Targeted Applicants means those low income unemployed or underemployed individuals living in the MSD service area as defined by MSD’s Disparity Study.
Targeted Applicants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a).

Examples of Targeted Applicants in a sentence

  • During the time that this Program is applicable to any Airport Employer, that Airport Employer shall retain records sufficient for monitoring of compliance with this Program with regard to each Airport Job, including records of notifications sent to the Referral System, referrals from the Referral System, job applications received from any source, number of Targeted Applicants hired, and total number of employees hired for Airport Jobs.

  • After receiving a notification under Section VI.A above, the Referral System shall within five days, or longer time frame agreed to by the Referral System and Airport Employer, refer to the Airport Employer one or more Targeted Applicants who meet the Airport Employer's qualifications.

  • During the time that this Program is applicable to any Airport Employer, that Airport Employer shall, on a quarterly basis, notify the Referral System of the number, by job classification, of Targeted Applicants hired by the Airport Employer during that quarter, and the total number of employees hired by the Airport Employer for Airport Jobs during that quarter.

  • When making initial hires for the commencement of an Airport Employer's operations related to Airport, the Airport Employer shall consider and hire only Targeted Applicants for a two week period following provision of the notification described in Section VI.A. After this period, the Airport Employer shall make good- faith efforts to hire Targeted Applicants, but may consider and hire applicants referred or recruited through any source.

  • The purpose of this First Source Hiring Program is to facilitate the employment of Targeted Applicants by Airport Employers.

  • If at the conclusion of the five (5) day hiring period the Retail/Commercial Employer has been unable to fill all job openings with Targeted Applicants, the Retail/Commercial Employer may hire applicants from any source, but shall continue to give good faith consideration to Targeted Applicants and Local and Disadvantaged Resident applicants.

  • Developer may consider applicants for jobs performing On-Site Building Maintenance Work from any referral source, but where two or more equally qualified applicants are under consideration, Developer shall give hiring preference to Targeted Applicants.

  • The Parties agree and acknowledge that it shall not be a breach of this Agreement if the Job Training and First Source Referral Program is unable to refer Targeted Applicants under the First Source Referral Process and that there shall be no liability on the part of any Coalition Organization, the Job Training and First Source Referral Program or the Developer in the event of such inability to refer Targeted Applicants.

  • The Retail/Commercial Employer shall, during the first five (5) business days of the hiring period for any open position, hire exclusively from the pool of qualified Targeted Applicants referred by the First Source Referral Program.

  • For subsequent hires, the Job Training and First Source Referral Program will attempt within four (4) business days of receipt of notification to identify and refer Targeted Applicants to the Retail/Commercial Employer.


More Definitions of Targeted Applicants

Targeted Applicants are individuals whose residence is in the West End, low-income individuals living within the City, and Previously Incarcerated Individuals. FCC and the Developer shall, and shall exercise diligent, good-faith efforts to cause Employers, to comply with the First Source Hiring Program described on Attachment A.

Related to Targeted Applicants

  • DXC Sensitive Information means DXC Confidential Information, Intellectual Property, PHI, DXC Customer data, and Personal Information.

  • Contractor Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Contractor to the Authority (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which: is specified as Contractor Sensitive Information in Schedule 7 and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule; and is exempt information pursuant to sections 33(1) or 36, 38 or 39 of FOISA (having regard for that purpose to the public interest there might be in disclosing such information as referred to in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA).

  • Patient identifying information means an insured's address, telephone number, facsimile number, electronic mail address, photograph or likeness, employer, employment status, social security number, or any other information that is likely to lead to the identification of the insured.

  • Price Sensitive Information means any information which relates, directly or indirectly, to a company and which if published is likely to materially affect the price of securities of the company.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
