Task Assignment Model definition

Task Assignment Model means the assignment of Adjusters by Citizens, at Citizens’ sole election, to perform Services where the Adjuster performs discrete tasks but is not responsible for overall management of the claim. Task assignments may include scoping, estimating and/or pricing covered repairs as well as timely responding to and completing any additional work including any corrections that are required after the task assignment has been returned to Citizens. Assignments made and Services accepted by Citizens hereunder shall be compensated at the rates described in the Task Assignment Model Rates table contained herein.

Examples of Task Assignment Model in a sentence

  • When requesting an Adjuster to perform MCM Adjusting Services (including Services under the Task Assignment Model), Citizens will specify one or more of the following Adjuster classifications.

  • Under this Exhibit B, Citizens may also assign, at Citizens’ sole election, Adjusters to perform Services using the Task Assignment Model.

Related to Task Assignment Model

  • Patent Assignment Agreement means the Patent Assignment Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit G.

  • Qualified assignment agreement means an agreement providing for a qualified assignment within the meaning of section 130 of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Assignment Agreement means an Assignment and Assumption Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit E, with such amendments or modifications as may be approved by Administrative Agent.

  • Assignment and Acceptance Agreement means an assignment and acceptance agreement entered into by a Committed Lender, an Eligible Assignee, such Committed Lender’s Group Agent and the Administrative Agent, and, if required, the Borrower, pursuant to which such Eligible Assignee may become a party to this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

  • Form of Assignment and Transfer means the “Form of Assignment and Transfer” attached as Attachment 3 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.
