Covered Repairs definition

Covered Repairs. This agreement covers only repairs as specified and excludes all others. Coverage is limited to $2000 in aggregate. Only new visible mold growth that occurs after the date of the inspection is covered. This agreement does not cover repairs to components that need to be replaced but rather just covers their removal. Many surfaces can be treated and cleaned without such removal. This policy does not cover mold resulting from insurable events including but not limited to floods, rain/water intrusion, or any other peril. This is not homeowner’s insurance policy. Exclusions: RWS will not be responsible for any of the following;
Covered Repairs means repairs, labor, materials and any other services provided to the Contract Holder under the Contract.
Covered Repairs. This agreement covers only repairs as specified and excludes all others. Coverage is limited to $2000 per occurrence, $4000 aggregate. Only failures that occur after the date of the inspection are covered. This agreement does not cover repairs to material types that have been affected by a class action lawsuit or manufacturer’s recall. This agreement only applies to residential properties being used for residential purposes only. Only line breakages, collapses, and significant leaks that affect the functionality of the home’s sewer and water systems are covered under this policy. Clogs are expressly excluded and all additional repairs are the responsibility of the homeowner. This policy does not cover secondary or consequential damages. Examples of Covered Repairs in a sentence

  • Warranty coverage is for repair or replacement of any Hyundai Genuine Replacement Part or Accessory supplied from Hyundai Motor America which is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, except any item specifically referred to in the section "What is Not Covered." Repairs are to be performed using New Hyundai Genuine Parts or Hyundai authorized remanufactured parts.

  • The payment of sales tax on Covered Repairs will be made in accordance with the regulations of the Taxing Authority in the state where Your Vehicle has been repaired.

  • Obtain Written Authorization From Gateway Management Services, Ltd., Prior To Beginning Any Covered Repairs.

  • Meter moves or replacements, except when required by local code and directly related to Covered Repairs; appliances, fixtures, or pressure regulating devices; gas lines not supplied by a utility; appliance regulators; pipes, fittings, and materials more than 2 inches in diameter; Service Calls made for propane equipment when it is found that the root cause is a no-gas situation.

  • In other words, if Your payments are not current, Administrator has no obligation to pay for any Covered Repairs until Your payments are current.

  • Rental coverage shall not continue beyond the day on which Covered Repairs are completed.

  • After the first day of rental, each additional day of rental requires the Covered Repairs to exceed 4.0 labor hours per additional day as defined in the current year’s manufacturers or nationally recognized labor time standards manual.

  • If that amount is equal to zero (“0”), You will not be required to pay a Deductible on any Covered Repair(s) as long as this Contract is active.

  • The amount stated in the Application Page of this Contract shall be the Deductible that will be paid by You upon each visit to the Authorized Repair Facility, for Covered Repairs.

  • In the event of a Breakdown of any of the Covered Repair(s) listed below for Coverage, that are covered under this Contract, We will pay directly to the Authorized Repair Facility any pre-authorized reasonable expenses incurred for the repair or replacements of the part(s), less any Deductible, as stated in this Contract.

Related to Covered Repairs

  • Required Repairs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1 hereof.

  • Required Repair Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1 hereof.

  • Required Repair Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1 hereof.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

  • Good repair means about eighty percent of materials and compo- nents are unbroken, have all their pieces, and can be used by children as intended by the manufacturer or builder.

  • Emergency Repairs means repairs to a utility facility located in or adjacent to a primary city street that must be performed immediately when the necessity arises to safeguard life or property or maintain continued operation of the facility.

  • Major repair means either: (1) for a dispersal system, repairs required for an OWTS dispersal system due to surfacing wastewater effluent from the dispersal field and/or wastewater backed up into plumbing fixtures because the dispersal system is not able to percolate the design flow of wastewater associated with the structure served, or (2) for a septic tank, repairs required to the tank for a compartment baffle failure or tank structural integrity failure such that either wastewater is exfiltrating or groundwater is infiltrating.

  • Alterations means all changes, additions, improvements or repairs to, all alterations, reconstructions, renewals, replacements or removals of and all substitutions or replacements for any of the Improvements or Equipment, both interior and exterior, structural and non-structural, and ordinary and extraordinary.

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Emergency repair means work necessary to prevent destruction or dilapidation to real property or structural appurtenances thereto immediately threatened or damaged by fire, flood, earthquake or other disaster.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.

  • Full Replacement Cost as used herein shall mean the actual replacement cost of the Leased Property requiring replacement from time to time including an increased cost of construction endorsement, if available, and the cost of debris removal. In the event either party believes that full replacement cost (the then-replacement cost less such exclusions) has increased or decreased at any time during the Lease Term, it shall have the right to have such full replacement cost re-determined.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • Repair or replacement means the restoration of vehicles, vessels, or outboard

  • Insured Premises means the place named in the Schedule.

  • Utility Installation means carpeting, window coverings, air lines, power panels, electrical distribution systems, lighting fixtures, space heaters, air conditioning, plumbing, and fencing. Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations at the expiration of the term, and restore the Premises to their prior condition. Lessor may require Lessee to provide Lessor, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a lien and completion bond in an amount equal to one and one-half times the estimated cost of such improvements, to insure Lessor against any liability for mechanic's and materialmen's liens and to insure completion of the work. Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of the same.

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of “Operating Expenses,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Utility Installations is used in this Lease to refer to all air lines, power panels, electrical distribution, security, fire protection systems, communications systems, lighting fixtures, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, plumbing, and fencing in, on or about the Premises. The term "TRADE FIXTURES" shall mean Lessee's machinery and equipment which can be removed without doing material damage to the Premises. The term "ALTERATIONS" shall mean any modification of the improvements on the Premises which are provided by Lessor under the terms of this Lease, other than Utility Installations or Trade Fixtures. "LESSEE-OWNED ALTERATIONS AND/OR UTILITY INSTALLATIONS" are defined as Alterations and/or Utility Installations made by Lessee that are not yet owned by Lessor pursuant to Paragraph 7.4(a). Lessee shall not make nor cause to be made any Alterations or Utility Installations in, on, under or about the Premises without Lessor's prior written consent. Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.

  • Renovation means altering a facility or one or more facility components in any way, including the stripping or removal of RACM from a facility component. Operations in which load-supporting structural members are wrecked or taken out are demolitions.

  • Tenant’s Property means Removable Installations and, other than Installations, any personal property or equipment of Tenant that may be removed without material damage to the Premises, and (z) “Installations” means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.
