TAU Team definition

TAU Team means the Principal Investigator and those students, scientists and technicians working at TAU on the Research.
TAU Team means the Principal Investigators and those students, scientists and technicians working under their direction at the Felsenstein Medical Research Center of Tel Aviv University on the Research.
TAU Team means the Principal Investigator and those researchers performing the Research at TAU under his/her supervision, as specified in Exhibit E attached hereto, which may be amended from time to time by Ramot.

Examples of TAU Team in a sentence

  • The Borrower will not transfer its chief executive office or principal place of business or sell any business location without giving the Lender at least ten (10) days’ prior written notice.

  • In addition, in the event the TAU Team meets the milestones set forth in Section (b) of Exhibit 1.23, Licensee shall provide funding for the second phase of the Research in the total amount of US$1,140,000 during the additional 3-years term of the Research Period.

  • For purposes of this Section 5.1, the term “exclusive” means that, subject to Section 6.5, Licensors shall not have any right to grant such licenses or rights to any third party or engage in any of the foregoing, subject, however, to Licensors’ rights to license TAU, BIU and members of the TAU Team and BIU Team to practice and utilize such rights and licenses to conduct the Ramot Research and BIRAD Research.

  • During the Research Period (and during any agreed extensions to the Research Period for the purpose of performing additional research), Ramot shall not enter into any commercial transaction (including sponsored research agreements) with respect to the research and development at TAU of Products in the Field by any member of the TAU Team.

  • Ramot may disclose the terms of this Agreement to the members of the TAU Team and/or other researchers at TAU who were previously involved in the development of the Ramot Technology, and to their respective legal or financial advisers under terms of a written confidentiality agreement substantially similar to the terms of Section 9.1.2 above.

  • The Licensors, the TAU Team and the BIU Team shall be entitled to freely use and to grant others the right to use all such materials, documents and know-how delivered pursuant to this 13.4.3.

  • Way Forward: Introducing the CSF III Mobile HubThe TAU Team Leader introduced the Mobile Hub that has been established by the TAU to provide technical and monitoring support closer to the grantees in all aspects.

  • Any day of the week, nighttime hours will include but not be limited to the following staff members Recovery Counselor and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT).

Related to TAU Team

  • IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Design Team means Architect and its Subconsultants as set forth in the Design Services Agreement.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Multidisciplinary team means a group of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of child abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, nursing, public health, substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health, social work, child development, education, law, juvenile probation, or law enforcement, or a group established pursuant to section 235B.1, subsection 1.
