Tax Accountants definition

Tax Accountants means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Bethesda, Maryland or such other firms of independent certified public accountants as may be engaged by Boston Capital to review the Partnership income tax returns.
Tax Accountants means Reznick, Fedder & Silverman, ▇▇ ▇▇th▇▇▇▇, Mar▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ such other firms of independent certified public accountants as may be engaged by Boston Capital to review the Partnership income tax returns.
Tax Accountants means a nationally recognized independent accounting firm chosen by, and mutually acceptable to, both Buyer and Seller.

  • If a dispute arises between the Auditors and the Tax Accountants over the proper preparation of the tax returns and such dispute cannot be resolved by the Auditors and the Tax Accountants by March 1 of such year, then the Tax Accountants shall make the final decision on whether any changes are necessary.

  • Prior to the filing of the Partnership tax returns, and in no event later than February 1 of each year, the Auditors shall deliver the tax returns for such year to the Tax Accountants for their review and comment.

More Definitions of Tax Accountants

Tax Accountants has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(j).
Tax Accountants means a firm of independent certified public accountants with at least ten (10) years of accounting experience for companies with a similar scope of operations and size as the Company as may be designated from time to time by the Manager pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Independent Accountants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(a).

  • Accountants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.7 hereof.

  • Reporting Accountants means the auditors of National Grid (but not acting in their capacity as auditors) or such other firm of accountants as may be nominated by National Grid and approved in writing by the Trustee for the purpose or, failing which, as may be selected by the Trustee for the purpose; and
