Tax Benefits Plan definition

Tax Benefits Plan means the Tax Benefits Preservation Plan dated November 16, 2015, by and between the Company and Computershare Trust Company, N.A., as amended from time to time.
Tax Benefits Plan means the Tax Benefits Preservation Plan, dated as of June 7, 2012, between the Company and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC, as amended and as may be amended from time to time.
Tax Benefits Plan means the Section 382 Tax Benefits Preservation Plan, dated as of October 4, 2019, by and between the Company and Action Stock Transfer Corporation, as Rights Agent, as amended from time to time.

  • Seller Benefit Plan means each Benefit Plan sponsored, maintained or contributed to by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which Seller or any of its Subsidiaries is a party and in which any Employee is or becomes eligible to participate or derive a benefit.

  • Severance Plan means any severance plan maintained by the Company that is applicable to the Participant.

  • Foreign Benefit Arrangement means any employee benefit arrangement mandated by non-U.S. law that is maintained or contributed to by any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries.
