Tax Bond Year definition

Tax Bond Year means each one-year period that ends at the close of business on the day selected by the Department. The first and last Tax Bond Years may be short periods. If no day is selected by the Department before the earlier of the date the last 2021 Series A Bond is discharged or the date that is five years after the Issuance Date, Tax Bond Years end on each anniversary of the Issuance Date and on the date the last 2021 Series A Bond is discharged.

  • At the beginning of each Tax Bond Year, the Department shall calculate the estimated Rebate Amount that will be payable on the next occurring Computation Date, as set forth in Section 4.6.1(ii).
