  • Asset Servicing Services are provided in respect of the Solar Assets owned by such Person (i) in a manner consistent with the applicable Tax Equity Financing Documents and (ii) with the same degree of care that SEC and its Affiliates use to provide similar services to Solar Assets not owned by a Financing Fund.
