Tax Structure definition

Tax Structure has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 12.8.
Tax Structure shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c) hereof.
Tax Structure means the structure of the Restructuring Transactions to provide for a tax-efficient implementation acceptable to the Company Parties and the Initial Plan Sponsor.

More Definitions of Tax Structure

Tax Structure shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.1.
Tax Structure of a transaction means any fact that may be relevant to understanding the purported or claimed federal income tax treatment of the transaction.
