Taxpayer Payments definition

Taxpayer Payments means the Taxpayer Payments as defined in the Taxpayer Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Taxpayer Payments means payments made by Company pursuant to an obligation of Company to guarantee, for each semiannual period, receipt by Trustee of an amount of revenue sufficient to make debt service payments on the Series 2024 Bonds, which obligation shall be a lien on the Project, all as further defined and provided in the Taxpayer Agreement and in the Indenture.
