TD Bank Managing Agent definition

TD Bank Managing Agent means the Managing Agent for the TD Bank Owners identified on the signature pages hereto, together with its successors and assigns.

Related to TD Bank Managing Agent

  • Managing Agent means a person authorized by the landlord to act on behalf of the landlord under

  • Syndication Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.

  • Funding Agent or "agents" means an investment firm, trust bank, or other financial

  • Lead Arranger as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Senior Managing Agents means the banks listed on Schedule 1 hereto, in their capacity as senior managing agents of the credit facility hereunder.

  • L/C Bank means the Original L/C Bank and any other Lender which has been appointed as an L/C Bank in accordance with Clause 5.11 (Appointment and Change of L/C Bank) and which has not resigned in accordance with paragraph (c) of Clause 5.11 (Appointment and Change of L/C Bank).

  • PNC Bank means PNC Bank, National Association.

  • UK Non-Bank Lender means a Lender which gives a Tax Confirmation in the Assignment Agreement or Transfer Certificate which it executes on becoming a Party.

  • Co-Syndication Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Wells Fargo Bank Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interexx.

  • Citibank means Citibank, N.A.

  • Citicorp has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Rabobank means Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A., “Rabobank Nederland”, New York Branch.
