T&D Operator definition

T&D Operator means LUMA Energy, LLC, or any future operator of Puerto Rico’s electric power transmission and distribution system or any of such operator’s Affiliates, including PREPA’s assignee under the circumstances described in Section 19.2 (PREPA’s Right to Assign).
T&D Operator means LUMA Energy, LLC together with LUMA Energy ServCo, LLC.

  • Resource Provider shall (i) enter into the Interconnection Construction Contract with T&D Operator to develop, design, finance, permit, construct, install, test and commission the PREPA Interconnection Facilities and the System Upgrades (the “PREPA Interconnection Facilities Work”), and (ii) promptly pay to T&D Operator all amounts invoiced by T&D Operator in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Contract for the cost of the PREPA Interconnection Facilities Work, up to the PREPA Final Cost.

  • Licensed Operator means a person licensed, or deemed to be licensed, to provide a port service or operate a port facility;
