Gatherer. As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.
Gatherer means Imperial Crude, LLC.

  • In the event that the Producer cancels the Xxxxx Well Pad, Producer shall be obligated to reimburse Gatherer for all actual third party documented costs and expenses of any kind incurred by Xxxxxxxx and/or its Affiliates related to the Xxxxx Line, including without limitation costs and expenses for Materials.

  • The Gatherer shall have no obligation to reimburse Producer for Costs attributable to the Tomcat Well Pad or Xxxxx Well Pad, respectively in the event that the Producer cancels the applicable Additional Connection Notice.
