Member Director means a Director elected or appointed pursuant to section 8(2)(a) of the Act and Section 5.02;
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.
Noteholder Direction has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(a) of the Indenture.
Teachers working under a permit issued under 3319.301 of the Revised Code who spend at least fifty percent of their time providing content-related student instruction.
Directed means under a direction of the Director of Technical Education 3 or the chief executive officer of an approved college 4;
Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
Scholar means a player aged sixteen or over who has signed a Scholarship with a Premier League or Football League Club or licensed National League Club, and who has completed a registration form for Scholars in accordance with FA Rules and Regulations.
As directed means the direction given by the Engineer In-Charge/Client/ Consultant.
Executive commissioner means the executive
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Sponsor Director means an individual elected to the Board that has been nominated by the Sponsor pursuant to this Agreement.
Teacher means teachers, paraprofessionals, principals, school employees, contractors, and other administrators.
Registered professional nurse means that term as defined in section 17201 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.17201.
Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;
Qualified Medical Practitioner means any person legally authorized by the Government with jurisdiction in the geographical area of his or her practice to render medical or surgical service, but excluding a qualified medical practitioner who is the Insured Person or an Immediate Family Member of the Insured Person.
Medical direction means direction, advice, or orders provided by a medical director, supervising physician, or physician designee (in accordance with written parameters and protocols) to emergency medical care personnel.
medical practitioner means a person who holds a valid registration from the Medical Council of any State or Medical Council of India or Council for Indian Medicine or for Homeopathy set up by the Government of India or a State Government and is thereby entitled to practice medicine within its jurisdiction; and is acting within its scope and jurisdiction of license. The registered practitioner should not be the insured or close Family members.
Office of the Corporation means the executive office of the Corporation, anything in Section 131 of the General Corporation Law to the contrary notwithstanding.
Teacher Data is defined as at least the following:
general medical practitioner means a general practitioner as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
registered medical practitioner means a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50];
School nurse means a registered professional nurse with Maine Department of Education certification for school nursing.
