psychiatric emergency medical condition means a Mental Disorder that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity that it renders the patient as being either of the following:
Medicaid Notification of Termination Requirements Any Contractor accessing payments for services under the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Medicaid programs who terminates their practice will follow the Department of Vermont Health Access, Managed Care Organization enrollee notification requirements.

Medicare Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between CMS (or other such entity administering the Medicare program on behalf of the CMS) and a health care provider or supplier, under which such health care provider or supplier agrees to provide services for Medicare patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicare Regulations.
Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement. Required Filing Dates has the meaning set forth in Section 4.17.
Cost-effectiveness means the ability of a particular product or service to efficiently provide goods or services to the State. In determining the cost effectiveness of a particular product or service, the appropriate chief procurement officer shall list the relevant factors in the bid notice or solicitation and use only those listed relevant factors in determining the award.
Potential Enrollee means a Medical Assistance Recipient who may voluntarily elect to enroll in a given managed care program, but is not yet an Enrollee of an MCO.
Effectiveness refer to a Registration Statement that has been declared effective by the SEC and is available for the resale of the Registrable Securities required to be covered thereby.

Service Provider Materials means all works of authorship, products and materials [including, but not limited to, data, diagrams, charts, reports, specifications, studies, inventions, software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques] owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date or independently developed by the Service Provider outside the scope of this Agreement at no expense to Transnet, and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
