Teijin Agreement definition

Teijin Agreement means that certain agreement between Teijin and Ipsen, as in effect from time to time, pursuant to which, among other things, Ipsen has licensed Teijin under the Ipsen Patent Rights and Ipsen Know-How to research, develop, market, distribute, offer for sale, sell and/or import Licensed Product in Japan.
