The Customer agrees to indemnify the Bank against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature which the Bank may sustain, suffer or incur as a result of the Bank acting on the Telecommunication Instructions which has been reasonably verified by the Bank.
