Telecommunications Apparatus definition

Telecommunications Apparatus means any apparatus, equipment or wiring used to deliver a Service to the Premises, up to and including the NTP and ONT, or as otherwise identified by JT.

Telecommunications Apparatus means apparatus made or adapted for use in transmitting, receiving, or conveying any of the Licensed Services through the Licensed Network; and
