Telecommunications Approvals definition

Telecommunications Approvals shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.1.
Telecommunications Approvals means all Government Approvals of any applicable telecommunications authority (including all local and national telecommunications approvals and licenses, including FCC licenses, and compliance with ITU procedures and requirements) relating to the Development of the Project, including, without limitation, for spectrum allocation, Ka-band, L-band, interconnection, type approval, trans-border roaming and other business operations of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Telecommunications Approvals shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.01(c).

  • A certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Customer to the effect that all national and local Telecommunications Approvals that are necessary or, in the opinion of AEF, desirable for the construction and launch of the Satellite, the provision of services to the transponders, if applicable, and the construction of the TTC&M Facilities and the Project in general have been obtained and are in full force and effect and unrestricted and unconditional, together with certified copies of all such approvals.
