Telemedicine Privileges: (a) Telemedicine is the provision of clinical services to patients by practitioners from a distance via electronic communications.
Such loss or suspension will result in the immediate and automatic relinquishment of any and all Telemedicine Privileges with no right to a hearing or an appeal as outlined in these Bylaws.
A Practitioner who has been granted Telemedicine Privileges will immediately report to the Chief Executive Officer the loss or suspension of any license, certificate or authorization described above.
The Medical Executive Committee will make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees regarding whether the Practitioner's request for Telemedicine Privileges should be granted.
