Telephone Corporation definition

Telephone Corporation means a telephone corporation as defined in Public Utilities Code § 234.
Telephone Corporation means any corporation or person, and their lessees, trustee, receivers, or trustees appointed by any court, who owns, controls, operates, manages, or resells a public telecommunications service as defined in Section 54-8b-2.
Telephone Corporation means every corporation or person owning, controlling, operating, or managing any telephone line for compensation within California, and includes a reseller of telephone services.
