Temporary Areas definition

Temporary Areas means the areas detailed as such in the Alliance Brief. Temporary Works means works (including Construction Plant, processes and other things) used for the purpose of carrying out the Alliance Works, but which does not form part of the Alliance Works.
Temporary Areas means the land described as such in the Site Access Schedule.
Temporary Areas shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.4. “Term” shall mean the term of this Agreement.

Examples of Temporary Areas in a sentence

  • As between the parties, all fossils, antiquities, and other objects having artistic, historic or monetary value and human remains which may be found on or at the Site and/or Temporary Areas are or shall become, upon discovery, the absolute property of the Authority.

  • Project Co shall, in carrying out the Project Operations, have full regard for the safety of all persons on the Site and Temporary Areas (whether lawfully or not) and keep the Site and Temporary Areas, the Works and the Project Facilities in an orderly state, appropriate in accordance with Good Industry Practice, to avoid danger to such persons.

Temporary Areas means any areas outside of the Site for temporary erection of a construction camp and equipment laydown area or otherwise acquired by the Contractor for the performance of the Works.

Related to Temporary Areas

  • temporary building means a Building designed or constructed, erected or placed on land and which is demolished or removed from the lands within twelve months of Building Permit issuance;

  • Temporary Work means all temporary works of every kind required in or about the execution, completion and maintenance of the works.

  • Temporary use means a use or structure on improved or unimproved real estate which is of impermanent nature, and is used for less than ninety days in a calendar year.

  • Temporary housing means any tent, trailer, motor home, or other structure used for human shelter which is designed to be transportable and which is not attached to the ground, to another structure, or to any utilities system on the same premises for more than thirty (30) days.

  • temporary licence means a Licence granted under the Act valid for a single day or for such period as may be specified in the Licence not exceeding six months.

  • Temporary Structure means any structure that is apparently temporary in nature;

  • Temporary Employee is one who is hired on a temporary basis for a full- time or part-time position: (i) for a specific job of more than three (3) months but less than twelve

  • Temporary Occupation Permit means a Temporary Occupation Permit issued under the Building Control Act (Cap. 29);

  • Temporary Total Disablement means disablement which entirely prevents the Insured Person from attending to their business or occupation.
