Temporary loss definition

Temporary loss is defined for purposes of this Contract as less than sixty (60) calendar days for non-Reform enrollees and less than one-hundred and eighty (180) calendar days for Reform enrollees. In this instance, for mandatory enrollees, the lock-in period will continue as though there had been no break in eligibility, keeping the original twelve (12) month period.
