Temporary Service Disruption definition

Temporary Service Disruption means a short term temporary ferry service disruption for the period described in section 2 of Schedule “A”, and for greater certainty excludes temporary reductions in service contemplated in sections 42 or 43 of the Act;
Temporary Service Disruption means a shutdown or closure of a service in response to an unexpected event which results in a reduction or change to a service level.

Related to Temporary Service Disruption

  • Temporary service means an electrical service granted temporarily for such purposes as construction, real estate sales, trailers, et cetera;

  • Temporary Total Disablement means disablement which entirely prevents the Insured Person from attending to their business or occupation.

  • Force Majeure Delay means with respect to the Servicer, any cause or event which is beyond the control and not due to the negligence of the Servicer, which delays, prevents or prohibits such Person’s delivery of the reports required to be delivered or the performance of any other duty or obligation of the Servicer under the Indenture, as the case may be, including, without limitation, computer, electrical and mechanical failures, acts of God or the elements and fire; provided, that no such cause or event shall be deemed to be a Force Majeure Delay unless the Servicer shall have given the Indenture Trustee written notice thereof as soon as practicable after the beginning of such delay.

  • Price Source Disruption means (a) the failure of the Price Source to announce or publish the Reference Price (or the information necessary for determining the Reference Price); or (b) the temporary or permanent discontinuance or unavailability of the Price Source.

  • Temporary beer event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 4, Temporary Beer Event Permit.

  • Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.
