Examples of Tenant Guarantor in a sentence
This Guaranty shall continue to be effective notwithstanding that at any time the payment of any amount due under the Lease or this Guaranty may be rescinded or must otherwise be returned by Landlord for any reason, including, without limitation, the insolvency, bankruptcy, liquidation or reorganization of Tenant, Guarantor or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made, and, in such event, Guarantor shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to any such payment that has been rescinded or returned.
Notwithstanding anything set forth herein, except as expressly provided in Section 22.2(i) or in Article XI of the MLSA, no assignment or direct or indirect transfer of any nature (whether or not permitted hereunder) shall have the effect of releasing Tenant, Guarantor or Manager from their respective obligations under the MLSA.
Landlord may proceed against Guarantor under this Guaranty without exhausting its remedy or remedies against Tenant, any other tenant under the Lease and/or any other guarantor of a tenant’s obligations under the Lease and may proceed against Tenant, Guarantor, any other tenant under the Lease and/or any other guarantor of a tenant’s obligations under the Lease, either separately or concurrently.

Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord in writing after Tenant has knowledge of any potential, threatened or existing litigation or proceeding against, or investigation of, Tenant, Guarantor, or the Facility that may affect the right to operate the Facility or Landlord's title to the Facility or Tenant's interest therein.
Tenant further acknowledges that the diversion of staff, residents, or patient care activities from any Facility to other facilities owned or operated by Tenant, Guarantor, or any of their respective Affiliates will have a material adverse effect on the value and utility of such Facility.
In the event of a bankruptcy of Tenant, Guarantor will perform, or will cause the performance of, the Tenant’s obligations set forth under Section 23.3 of the Lease even if such obligations are subject to a stay by the bankruptcy court.
If the Tenant/ Guarantor cannot be contacted, and it is lawful to do so, You or Your agent must serve notice of a requirement to undertake an inspection in accordance with Your rights within the Tenancy Agreement and visit the Insured Property.
Each of Tenant and Tenant Guarantor is Solvent, and immediately after the closing of the transactions contemplated by this Lease, each of Tenant and Tenant Guarantor will be Solvent.
If Tenant defaults with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations, and if Guarantor does not fulfill Tenant's obligations within a reasonable time period (not to exceed five (5) days with respect to any monetary obligation and thirty (30) days with respect to any non-monetary obligation) upon its receipt of written notice of such default from Landlord, Landlord may at its election proceed immediately against Guarantor, Tenant, or any combination of Tenant, Guarantor, and/or any other guarantor.
