Tenant’s Indemnity is defined in Section 8.3

Examples of Tenant’s Indemnity in a sentence

  • Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the terms and provisions of Section 10.2 (Tenant’s Indemnity) of this Lease shall apply to Tenant’s use of the Conference Center.

  • Without limiting Section 16.1 (Tenant’s Indemnity), Tenant shall Indemnify Landlord against any and all Claims arising out of Tenant’s failure to comply with all Applicable Laws as provided in this Section.
