Tender Advice definition

Tender Advice means the notice delivered by the Administrator to Xxxxxxx Mac pursuant to Section 6.03 or 6.05 of the Standard Terms.
Tender Advice. ' means the notice delivered by the Administrator to Freddie Mac pursuant to Section 6.03 or 6.05 of the Standard Terms.
