Tender Evaluation Committee definition

Tender Evaluation Committee means the committee constituted by STC for the evaluation of the bids.
Tender Evaluation Committee means the committee nominated by the Purchaser for evaluation of Technical and Financial bids submitted against this RFP.
Tender Evaluation Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Agreement.
