Tender Offer Closing Date definition

Tender Offer Closing Date means the date of Purchaser's purchase of Shares pursuant to the Offer. Should the Employment Agreement contain definitions of the foregoing terms which are different from those set forth above, this Agreement will be deemed to have been amended to contain such different definitions.

Tender Offer Closing Date has the meaning assigned thereto in the Statement of Purpose.

More Definitions of Tender Offer Closing Date

Tender Offer Closing Date means the date on which the shares of common stock tendered pursuant to the Tender Offer are purchased in accordance with the terms of the Tender Offer.
