Tender Proposal definition

Tender Proposal means the tender submitted by the Supplier in relation to this Agreement, including the Pricing Schedule and any other schedules thereto.
Tender Proposal means the contents that are declared in the Tender Proposal Form.
Tender Proposal means the document entitled Survey of Adherence Packaging Customers dated 3 April 2014.
