The Term Assets Issuer is subject to the information requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and in accordance therewith files reports and other information with the Commission.
Subject to the exercise of the Call Warrants (in which case the provisions of Section 8 of this Series Supplement shall apply), the redemption price for the Class A Certificates redeemed shall be $25 per Class A Certificate plus accrued and unpaid interest to the date of redemption plus a pro rata share of the redemption premium, if any, received from the Term Assets Issuer.
