Term Collateral Agent definition

Term Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Term Collateral Agent

Term Collateral Agent means the “Collateral Agent” as defined in the Term Credit Agreement or any collateral agent under any Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness of the Term Credit Agreement.
