  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Borrower shall be permitted to specify in the Term Loan Extension Request, any Lender or Lenders as Extending Term Lenders (subject to the consent of such Lender or Lenders) and any Lenders not so specified in such Term Loan Extension Request shall not have the right to make a Term Extension Election with respect to such Term Loan Extension Request.
