Terminal Site definition

Terminal Site means the site of the existing Transbay Terminal operated by the State of California Department of Transportation.
Terminal Site means the real estate location, or facilities at such location(s), of a Merchant or Company and on which a Terminal owned or operated by Company is or will be located.
Terminal Site means the site stipulated in Attachment 4.
