Termination Threshold definition

Termination Threshold has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.3.
Termination Threshold means, on any date of determination, (a) the Cure Threshold on such date minus (b) 5%.
Termination Threshold means, on any date of determination from and including the Effective Date, the Cure Threshold minus 5%.
